Learning Chinese

Since week two  I have been learning Chinese at school every Tuesday.I have learnt things like numbers,colours,names,Welcomings,the Chinese magic and more I hope you enjoy.My Chinese teacher is Jasmine and she is amazing. Saint Kateri Tekakwitha

Hi it's Jahna and I'm back with another post this time it is about a saint. In the Tumu hub we have been given a saint to research and find out information like Date and place of birth Important family information What life was like when they lived What they did that lead them to becoming a Saint How they could inspire people today to follow Jesus How their life ended When they became a Saint When their feast day is What they look like Symbol you could use for them The saint that chose to do was Kateri Tekakwitha     Kateri Tekakwitha was the first native American to be recognised as a Saint by the Catholic Church.   S he was born in 1656 in a Mohawk Village. Her mother was captured by the Mohawks. The Mohawks punished her by giving her more work to do but she did not give in. At 19 she pledged to only marry Jesus Christ.
